Sales Manager OTE £60k

Following our success we are now opening a brand new office and need an ambitious Sales Manager to lead & develop the team. The ability to lead by example and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service is essential. The right candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so. They will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with customers and obtaining new business opportunities.

Property Manager OTE £35k

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are seeking a full time Property Manager. Our Property Managers are critical in providing a smooth journey for our landlords and tenants. You will be dealing with all of your portfolio’s property management queries throughout the duration of a tenancy and you must not only keep all parties well informed from move in to move out, but also deal with queries quickly and efficiently. Whilst we provide plenty of training, both when you join and throughout your career with us, an interest in the lettings industry will pay dividends as you’ll need to keep up-to-date and follow the ever-changing legislation and processes.

Senior Lettings Negotiator £50k OTE

The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience in a previous Lettings Negotiator role and will be able to respond to leads from our website and property portals. Take on new instructions and communicating our terms of business. We're searching for a dynamic individual who displays a can-do and flexible approach to their business. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-led, competitive environment to reach your own KPI's and those of the team as a whole. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients as well as managing the lettings process for prospective tenants and helping them with their ongoing requirements.

Head of Land & New Homes OTE £60k

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are seeking a full time Head of New Homes for North London. The purpose of the role is to take the lead on all the client's New Homes business throughout the North London area. Working from existing land deals and taking instructions for re-sales, whilst gaining clients and instructions unrelated to the land deals. You must be capable of managing pre-scheme investment sale services and buy to let clients. The role will involve attending some evening functions and weekend scheme openings. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to work under their own initiative to take on and expand this important area of the business.
